Night Manager

Responsibilities

• Shift Operations \& Handoffs: Take comprehensive handovers from all departments at the start of the shift (front office census, housekeeping routines, electrical/maintenance shutdowns, IT systems, and nursing/billing statuses).
• Hospital Rounds: Conduct regular physical facility and safety sweeps (e.g., checking for unusual activities, sleeping staff, cleanliness, and non-working infrastructure).
• Emergency \& Crisis Management: Act as the primary on-site administrator during medical or operational emergencies, trigger emergency codes (such as Code Grey), and coordinate with the duty doctor or medical director.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Align workflow across the emergency room, ICU, wards, operating theaters, diagnostics, pharmacy, blood bank, security, and housekeeping.
• Patient \& Attendant Relations: Manage late-night admissions, handle patient/family complaints or billing/insurance queries, and support end-of-life or discharge counseling.
• Staff Oversight: Monitor night-shift attendance, deployment, and discipline across non-clinical and front-office teams, arranging replacements if gaps occur.
• Reporting \& Escalation: Log significant incidents, prepare shift summary reports, and escalate critical clinical or facility issues to senior daytime management.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
