Customer Relationship Executive

• Welcome and attend to clients visiting the clinic.
• Explain slimming, weight-management, and wellness programs to prospective customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
• Coordinate between customers, doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and other clinic staff.
• Explain packages, pricing, offers, payment options, and membership plans.
• Generate leads and work toward monthly sales/enrollment targets.
• Encourage existing customers to renew or upgrade their packages.
• Collect feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and sales.
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days \& You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
