Ltd., Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Website: www.zanibo.com Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month Key Responsibilities Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports and maintain accurate records. Create and update MIS dashboards and management reports . Analyze data and provide insights, trends, and recommendations . Manage large datasets using Advanced Excel & Google Sheets . Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IFERROR, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables & Charts . Ensure data accuracy, validation, error correction, and data integrity . Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data . Develop automated reports and dashboards wherever possible. Maintain company databases, records, backups, and ensure data accessibility. Prepare professional reports, presentations, and visual summaries using Excel & Canva . Support functional heads with their data requirements and reporting needs . Requirements Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets & MS Office . Good understanding of MIS Reporting, Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation . Working knowledge of VBA/Macros or Google Apps Script . Knowledge of Power Query & Power BI will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Canva for presentations and visual reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to handle large datasets efficiently .
