Billing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee the billing process, ensure accurate invoice generation, manage payment follow-ups, and maintain proper financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of billing operations, accounting procedures, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete billing and invoicing process. Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices. Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for timely collections. Verify billing records, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Handle billing discrepancies, customer queries, and invoice corrections. Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams. Maintain billing reports, payment records, and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and applicable tax requirements. Monitor accounts receivable and prepare regular billing and collection reports. Supervise the billing team and ensure accuracy and productivity. Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and reduce errors.
