Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of practical accounting experience . The candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, bank reconciliation and day-to-day accounting . Key Responsibilities: Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime Purchase, sales and expense entries Bank entries and bank reconciliation Cash and petty cash management Client receivable tracking Vendor payable tracking Ledger reconciliation Billing and invoice preparation GST data preparation and reconciliation TDS working and supporting data preparation Basic salary/payroll working Maintain accounting documents and records Prepare data and documents required by CA/consultants Basic Excel reports and outstanding tracking Project-wise expense/payment tracking when required Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime Working knowledge of GST and TDS Good working knowledge of MS Excel Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation Candidate should preferably reside in Ravet or nearby PCMC areas Responsible, accurate and organised working style Job Details Location: Ravet, Pune Job Type: Full Time Work Mode: Work from Office Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Final salary within the offered range will be decided based on relevant experience, practical accounting knowledge, Tally/Excel proficiency and interview performance. Performance-based appraisal and salary growth applicable.
