Job Description-Customer Support Executive (Voice - Transcom)

Transcom is hiring Customer Success Associates for its Domestic Insurance Voice Process. The role involves communicating with customers about health, motor and life insurance services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through voice calls.

Explain insurance-related products and services.

Address customer questions regarding insurance offerings.

Assist customers with service-related enquiries.

Use effective persuasion and customer engagement techniques.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Achieve assigned quality, service and sales performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory.

Domestic insurance or sales experience preferred.

Good English and Hindi communication.

Strong customer handling and convincing skills.

Clear speech and correct grammar.

Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
