Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling
- Initiate calls to potential leads provided through our database to pitch digital product.
- Customer Counseling
- Educate customers on the benefits, features of the products
- Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets to earn high performance-based incentives.
- Relationship Management
- Build rapport with customers to ensure trust and high conversion rates.
- Data Integrity
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience
- 1–2 years in Telesales or Customer Service (Experience in Banking/Insurance/Product selling is a huge plus).
- Communication
- Excellent verbal communication in Marathi/Hindi/English
- Persuasion
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers effectively.
- Punctuality
- Highly disciplined regarding the 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift.
