We are seeking an efficient, organized, and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, oversee daily warehouse operations, and coordinate order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inbound and outbound stock of woollen apparel and raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.

Dispatch & Packaging

Manage order fulfillment, quality checking, packaging, and timely dispatch for retail outlets and customer orders.

Receiving & Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments from manufacturers/suppliers for quantity, quality, correct sizing, and damage before updating stock levels.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain proper storage, labeling, and categorization of seasonal stock to optimize space and improve retrieval efficiency.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with transport providers, couriers, and delivery personnel for prompt shipment pick-up and distribution.

Stock Audits

Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies, damage, or loss.

Key Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics (experience in garments/textiles is a plus).

Basic proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), ERP systems, or MS Excel.

Knowledge of inventory management techniques (FIFO, stock auditing, labeling).

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Physical fitness and willingness to work in active storehouse environments.
