Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment solutions.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and investment opportunities.

Present projects and investment opportunities in a professional and structured manner.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

Maintain accurate records of builder interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
