CNC Operator – Solanki Machine (Jewelry)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Solanki CNC machines for jewelry component manufacturing.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials such as gold, silver, and other jewelry metals.
• Read and understand technical drawings, designs, measurements, and production sheets.
• Select and set appropriate tools, cutters, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Run CNC programs and make necessary adjustments for accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
• Check dimensions, finishing, and quality of components using measuring instruments.
• Identify and rectify basic machine, tooling, and production issues.
• Maintain required production quantity and quality targets.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of precious metals.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the CNC machine and work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
• Coordinate with CAD designers, supervisors, production staff, and quality teams when required.
