Retail Sales Head
Urgently required Retail Sales Head for Navi Mumbai location.
Primary Objective: Own the complete P\&L, customer experience, and operational execution for Carnival’s flagship and high-end retail outlets.
§ Key Responsibilities
o Set the luxury/premium service tone, store atmosphere, and customer engagement standards.
o Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing store managers and front-line teams.
o Oversee visual merchandising and display execution to maximize premium product positioning.
o Lead the introduction and strategic launching of new premium product lines.
o Conduct regular operational, inventory, compliance, and quality audits across all locations.
o Drive store footfalls, conversion rates, and total profitability.
