Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and increase sales of bearings and related industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer acquisition, order generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial customers, manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and OEMs to generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
• Promote and sell bearings and related industrial products.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Maintain regular relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.Com, or any relevant field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in bearings, industrial products, automotive components, or engineering products.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of industrial markets and B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
