Job Description

We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage OPD/IPD billing and front office operations at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle OPD and IPD billing processes accurately.
• Manage patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing-related activities.
• Coordinate with patients, attendants, doctors, nursing, accounts, and other hospital departments.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Provide information and assistance to patients and their attendants.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Handle queries and resolve basic billing-related concerns.
• Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations.
• Maintain proper records and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / HSC with relevant hospital experience.
• Freshers with Good English communication can apply
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital front desk, OPD/IPD billing, or patient services preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital billing software.
• Good numerical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates from the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred.
