Can understand engineering drawings.
Knows drilling, tapping, turning, filing, deburring etc.
Understands tools like vernier, end mill, face mill, ball cutter, side and face cutter etc.
Should maintain machine.
Helps in packing, cutting material , dispatch and all other functions required for manufacturing.
