We have an opportunity for the position of Finance Executive in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Delhi / Mumbai with our esteemed client in the home healthcare service sector providing nurses, caretaker, medical equipment’s and physiotherapists to take care of patient’s in home.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance-related data, CRM entries, collection follow-ups, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background, good knowledge of basic accounting, strong follow-up skills, and proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely finance and customer data in the CRM.
• Perform regular data entry and updating of invoices, payments, collections, and customer information.
• Follow up with customers/clients for pending payments and outstanding collections.
• Maintain and monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payment reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Operations teams regarding pending payments and collection status.
• Match and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments, bank entries, and CRM records.
• Identify discrepancies in payment records and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection and outstanding reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions and supporting documents are properly recorded and maintained.
• Assist the Accounts/Finance team with routine accounting and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer information.
• Follow up regularly until outstanding payments are received and properly updated in the system.
