Job Overview

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Customer Service / Banking Process team in Thane. This role involves assisting customers, handling service-related queries, and following established banking process guidelines.

The position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior customer service experience who have good English communication skills and are interested in developing their career in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests through the assigned banking process.
• Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
• Follow established process, quality, and service guidelines.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complete assigned activities within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and process-related documentation.
• Follow company policies and applicable process requirements.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates meeting the required Versant communication standard may be preferred, where applicable.

Compensation

• NAPS role: Approximately ₹21,000 in hand, subject to applicable terms, statutory requirements, and deductions.
• Regular role: ₹22,000 CTC, approximately ₹18,600 in hand, subject to applicable deductions.
• Final compensation and employment terms will be communicated during the selection process.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra
• Employment Type: Full-time

Transport Facility

Pick-up and drop transportation is available from Thane Station, subject to the applicable company route, schedule, and eligibility.

Transport support may also be available during the training period as per the applicable route and company policy.
