Tour Consultant

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Tour Consultant to handle B2C customers and provide personalized travel solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of tourism and travel services, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The role involves handling direct customer enquiries, preparing customized itineraries and quotations, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2C tour enquiries from individual customers and families.
• Communicate professionally with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
• Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, hotels, sightseeing, and transportation options.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate with operations, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to completion of the trip.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling of travel services.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or travel-related software.
• Previous experience in tourism, DMC, travel agency, hospitality, or B2C sales is preferred.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹1,845,535.63 per year

• Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
