Property Advisor / Sales Advisor

Company has projects in Trichy, Coimbatore, Pollachi and Dubai. The hired person is responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, villas, apartments, or other properties within an eco-friendly gated community. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining the project's sustainable features and amenities, conducting site visits, generating leads, and guiding prospective buyers through the complete sales process

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals, events, and networking.
• Understand prospective buyers' requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Present the project's location, master plan, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
• Explain the community's eco-friendly and sustainable features, such as green spaces, water conservation, renewable energy, waste management, landscaping, and environmentally responsible construction.
• Arrange and conduct property and site visits for prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalised property recommendations.

.Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and command of English are mandatory, and other languages are a benefit. Handling NRI customers
• Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, financial services, hospitality, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Ability to work with sales targets and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting customers in person.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
