Executive - Customer support and coordination(Technical background preferred)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Executive - Customer Support Co-ordination, with a technical background preferred.The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up. The executive will coordinate between customers and internal technical teams, track issues, and assist in resolving technical or service-related concerns. Daily activities include documenting interactions, analyzing customer feedback and recurring issues, and preparing basic reports or updates for management. The role also requires maintaining service standards, updating customers on resolution status ,and supporting process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
