Title – Stores Keeper

Reporting to – Manager – supply chain

Department – Supply chain

Probation – 6 months

Job location – Hyderabad

Eligibility – Minimum 2-3yrs of experience in storekeeping with Retail / FMCG or QSR, Hands-on experience working on MS office, should be HSC cleared or graduate.

Job responsibilities –

1\) Maintain constant coordination with suppliers for delivery or other issues

2\) Preparing \& issuing of purchase orders in software

3\) Physical receiving of goods \& verification \& update the goods receiving, transfer out, wastage, production timely in system

4\) Handle \& monitor the despatches directly from WH to other stores

5\) Order fulfilment/ordering timely to be placed via email

6\) Willing to travel locally for stock purchases as \& when required

7\) Expedite stock takes \& warehouse hygiene standards

8\) Prepare PO, GRN, TO , Inventory

9\) Physical count and stock staking, Lebling

10\) Order dispatch from WH

11\) Coordination with multiple stores regarding PO, dispatch \& Fulfilment

Maintain the stock availability as well as focus on FEFO.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
