Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
• Explain IITPlanet’s academic programs clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and book counselling or academic sessions.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert enquiries and bookings into successful enrolments.
• Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain accurate lead, booking, follow-up, and sales records.
• Achieve daily booking targets and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with counsellors, academic teams, and operations teams.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Previous experience in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, counselling, or EdTech sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
