Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Sunil Hospitality is looking for a smart, friendly and responsible Receptionist / Front Office Executive for one of our associated hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests
• Handle check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations and guest enquiries
• Attend phone calls and emails
• Maintain guest records and documents
• Handle basic billing and payment support
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain a professional front desk environment

Requirements

Qualification

Intermediate / PUC / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills

Good communication, basic computer knowledge and professional behaviour
