Urgent Requirement for Sales calling Executive/Tele caller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Sales Calling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and scheduling demos or meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
• Schedule product demos, meetings, and appointments with interested prospects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Update call details, lead status, and customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with the sales team and pass qualified leads for further discussion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
