B2B Sales Executive – Corporate T-shirts & Uniforms (Bengaluru, Remote + Field)

Anuvavi Apparels makes corporate T-shirts, polos and uniforms for companies, colleges and institutions across India. We are hiring our first Bengaluru-based salesperson. You will own Karnataka.

Pay

₹25,000 fixed per month + 6% of gross profit on every order you close (typical earning at target ₹35,000–₹45,000; no ceiling). First 2 months: ₹30,000 fixed while you learn. Monthly milestone bonuses of ₹5,000–₹10,000.

What you will do

• Convert the inbound Google Ads enquiries from Karnataka that we route to you (we spend on ads every month; the leads are real and already asking for quotes).
• Prospect companies, colleges, hospitals and event organisers in Bengaluru for bulk T-shirt and uniform orders (100 pieces and up).
• Send quotes, arrange samples, close the order and collect the advance. Production is handled by our Coimbatore team.
• Weekly Friday pipeline review with the founder and our senior sales lead, scored on samples sent and orders won.

What we need

• 1–3 years of field or B2B sales. Garments, uniforms, corporate gifting, printing or textiles preferred.
• Fluent Kannada, Hindi and English (all three required).
• Based in Bengaluru, own two-wheeler and smartphone, comfortable working from home with client visits.
• Someone who likes being measured: from month 3 the fixed pay is linked to a minimum of ₹40,000 gross profit a month from your orders. We say this openly because the people who do well here like a clear target.
