What you will do

• Identify companies hiring freshers and early-career candidates.
• Connect with HR and talent acquisition teams through calls, LinkedIn, email and meetings.
• Understand each company’s hiring requirements.
• Introduce TalentProof and explain how we can support their fresher hiring.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help onboard companies to the platform.

Who we are looking for

• A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with new people.
• Someone curious about companies’ hiring needs and willing to follow up consistently.
• Comfortable using the phone, LinkedIn and email for outreach.
• 0–2 years of experience. Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client acquisition is a plus. Motivated freshers may also apply.
