Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise daily housekeeping and cleaning activities across the food manufacturing plant.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in production areas, floors, washrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and housekeeping records.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Report maintenance issues and hygiene concerns to the plant management.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a factory or food manufacturing unit.
• Ability to manage and coordinate housekeeping staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and workplace hygiene.
• Good communication and supervision skills.
