Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and other room areas.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Follow hotel policies, housekeeping procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service.
• Assist in deep cleaning activities and special housekeeping projects as assigned.
• Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
