Business Development Manager - Solar Product Sales

Position

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Raw materials Sales Professional to support our growth in the solar market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
• Coordinate sales activities, including offer preparation, follow up with clients, after sales service.
• Full understanding of customer requirements and proposed solutions.
• Monitor the market and identify emerging trends to guide sales strategy.
• Have prior experience in selling Junction Box, Solar PV Modules, Frames, Solar cells, PV Ribbon, Encapsulant,etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales of raw materials or components in the solar sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of the solar market and its dynamics.
• Degree preferably in engineering or related fields.
• Ready to travel, Ready to work Under pressure

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
