Sales & Marketing Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, telecalling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits. Identify and approach corporate offices, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and business owners. Promote modular office workstations, office furniture, cabin furniture, conference tables, reception counters, and storage units. Arrange client meetings, site visits, and product presentations. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and quotation teams to prepare proposals. Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Maintain customer information, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM. Develop new business through IndiaMART, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms. Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience in sales, marketing, furniture, interior design, or building materials is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
