Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Mohini Enterprises (Apna Timetech) Industry: Personal Care / Cosmetics Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain business with distributors, dealers, retailers, salons, beauty stores and other relevant channels. Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer/distributor network. Promote and sell personal care and cosmetic products. Conduct regular market visits and identify new customers and business opportunities. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and channel partners. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities. Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders and business development. Prepare regular sales/market visit reports and share updates with management. Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales. Candidates with experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care / Beauty Products / FMCG Personal Care will be preferred. Experience dealing with distributors, dealers, retailers, salons or beauty stores is preferred. Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Must be comfortable with regular field visits. Should have a target-oriented approach. Knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an added advantage.
