Customer Relations Executive

Maintain customer databases, enquiries, and follow-up records in the CRM system. Follow up with customers regarding e-rickshaw sales, loans, EMI, and vehicle delivery. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally. Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Contact prospective customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales. Maintain records of customer feedback, pending cases, loan status, and service requests. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding documentation, police verification, and loan approvals. Track customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Prepare daily reports on customer calls, follow-ups, conversions, complaints, and pending cases. Ensure accurate data entry, proper record maintenance, and timely updates in the CRM system.
