We are a Loan Collection & Recovery Agency working with Banks and NBFCs for recovery of overdue and bad debts. Responsibilities: Call customers regarding overdue loan payments. Follow up on pending dues and payment commitments. Maintain call records and update customer details. Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets. Handle customers professionally and follow company/client guidelines. Requirements: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Confident and target-oriented. Freshers can apply.
