The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products, services, features, and benefits to customers. Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up schedules. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates. Provide regular reports on daily calls, leads, and sales performance. Required SkillsGood verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Target-oriented approach and good time management. Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
