JOB DESCRIPTION – BILLING / CASHIER Company: Kubera Digital Printers A Unit of Digital Color Press Location: Cottonpet Main Road, Bengaluru Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer bills and invoices accurately. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Send invoices and bills to customers through WhatsApp and email. Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding bills. Maintain daily cash, UPI, bank payment and receipt records. Update customer payment details in Excel. Maintain outstanding payment lists and follow up regularly. Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding billing. Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts and customer accounts. Handle customer calls professionally regarding bills and payments. Required SkillsBasic MS Excel knowledge. Basic computer and typing skills. Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Polite and professional customer handling. Responsible, organised and detail-oriented. Previous billing or cashier experience is preferred. Candidate ProfileMale or female candidates can apply.
