Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, room allocation, guest inquiries, and complaints.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments.
Manage guest billing, payments, and front desk records.
Maintain professional grooming and excellent guest service standards.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Knowledge of hotel front office operations.
IDS Software Knowledge is Mandatory.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.
Professional attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant experience.
