Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/software and physical records.

Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality and documents against purchase orders/invoices.

Properly arrange and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.

Issue materials to production/other departments against approved material requisitions.

Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, issue and dispatch documents.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.

Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged materials and discrepancies.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the concerned department for replenishment.

Maintain proper records of inward, outward, rejected, returned and damaged materials.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper storage and safe handling of materials.

Supervise warehouse helpers and allocate daily work.

Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and warehouse reports.

Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and documents.

Take responsibility for overall stock accuracy and warehouse discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management.

Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.

Experience with ERP/software, MS Excel and stock management systems.

Ability to supervise warehouse staff and manage day-to-day activities.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
