You will manage end-to-end global recruitment processes, sourcing and matching high-caliber candidates for international tech, bench sales, and enterprise requisitions. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using major US job pipelines from initial screening to interview scheduling and final onboarding. ATS Tracking: Maintain data accuracy and workflow efficiency using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome — full end-to-end training provided!). Communication: High fluency in spoken and written English. Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and quick adaptability to web-based sourcing platforms. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn international staffing standards, and driven to meet sourcing milestones.
