Urgent Hiring: Software Support Executive

Provide technical and software support to clients over calls, chat, and other communication channels.

Understand client issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist clients in using the company's own software/application.

Troubleshoot software-related problems and resolve issues efficiently.

Guide clients regarding software features, processes, and functionality.

Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.

Maintain proper records of client complaints, issues, and resolutions.

Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Provide basic software training and demonstrations to clients when required.
