Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Support & Implementation Executive who will be responsible for software demonstrations, client support, software testing, installation, training, and assisting in software sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct software/product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and explain software features and functionality clearly.

Handle client queries and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with the technical/development team to resolve software-related issues.

Perform software testing and identify bugs, errors, or usability issues.

Install and configure software on client systems.

Provide software training to clients and their staff.

Assist clients during software implementation and deployment.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.

Identify client requirements and generate opportunities for software sales.

Explain software benefits, features, pricing, and solutions to potential customers.

Support the sales team in converting software demos into successful sales.

Maintain proper records of client issues, demos, installations, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
