Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to travel through voice support.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions accurately and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.

Freshers are eligible for the ₹32,000 CTC package.

Candidates with at least 6 months of documented experience are eligible for the ₹34,000 CTC package.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Ability to attend a virtual interview.
