We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Back Office Intern to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on corporate experience, improve organizational skills, and work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain, update, and organize digital records, files, and spreadsheets.
Handle basic email correspondence and coordinate internal communications.
Perform routine data entry with high accuracy.
Assist team members with routine documentation and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements & Skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, along with web browsing.
- Communication
- Ability to speak and present yourself confidently in a professional setting.
- Language
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English & hindi
- Attributes
- Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Education
- Open to current undergraduate students or recent graduates in any discipline.
