Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with prior experience in the ethnic wear industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of ethnic fashion, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing personalized assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer inquiries, product-related queries, order updates, and complaints professionally.

Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, occasions, trends, and requirements.

Develop a strong understanding of ethnic wear collections, including sarees, lehengas, kurtis, suits, and other traditional apparel.

Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and improve customer retention.

Coordinate with sales, merchandising, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records, purchase history, feedback, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Keep track of customer preferences, seasonal trends, new collections, and festive shopping requirements.

Support customer engagement activities through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
