Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

K M \& N Media LLP is looking for a confident, persuasive, and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and convert potential leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through provided leads, online platforms, databases, and research.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce KMN Media LLP's services.
• Understand client requirements and effectively pitch relevant services.
• Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales process.
• Schedule meetings or discussions for senior team members when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead progress.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
