Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive – Customer Follow-up to handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries/leads and coordinate with the concerned sales team.

The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, speaking with customers professionally, understanding their requirements and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about products/services.
• Follow up with customers regularly and maintain the follow-up schedule.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Convince and encourage interested customers to proceed with the next step.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-up status.
• Update customer information in Excel/CRM.
• Make repeat follow-up calls to pending and interested customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Confident and clear telephone communication.
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up ability.
• Basic MS Excel / computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with calling targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Lead Generation.
• Experience in outbound calling and customer follow-up preferred.

Pay
