Job Title

Medical Typist

Key Responsibilities

• Type medical reports, discharge summaries, and patient records
• Ensure accuracy and correctness in all typed documents
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses for report updates
• File, store, and retrieve medical documents when required
• Follow hospital documentation and data entry protocols

Requirements

• Proven typing skills with speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm).
• Prior experience as a Medical Typist or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office or hospital management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
