Assistant Security Officer (ASO)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Supervise security guards and allocate shifts/duties.
• Maintain gate passes, visitor records, vehicle movement, and security registers.
• Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Ensure proper security during shift changes, loading/unloading, and material movement.
• Conduct regular rounds of the premises and identify security risks.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin and other departments regarding security-related issues.
• Handle emergency situations, accidents, fire incidents, and other security concerns.
• Prepare daily security reports and submit them to the Security Officer/Management.
• Ensure discipline and compliance with company security procedures.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial/factory security.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial premises is preferred.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work in shift duties.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, gate-pass procedures, and security documentation.
