About this job
  • Drive the ambulance safely and transport patients during emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and follow the assigned routes.
  • Ensure the ambulance is clean, hygienic, and ready for use at all times.
  • Check the ambulance's fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential equipment regularly.
  • Assist paramedical staff in shifting patients safely using stretchers and wheelchairs, as required.
  • Follow traffic rules and hospital emergency transport procedures.
  • Maintain ambulance trip records, patient transport details, fuel logs, and vehicle maintenance records.
  • Inform the concerned department immediately about vehicle breakdowns or mechanical issues.
  • Ensure that the ambulance is equipped with the required emergency supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour while on duty.
  • Coordinate with the Emergency Department and other hospital staff during patient transfers.
  • Be available for emergency duties, shifts, and other assigned responsibilities.
Pay
₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
