Pre-Audit Executive (Finance & Accounts)

• Verify operational transactions including daily reports
• Review bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Perform stock audits and inventory verification.
• Monitor inventory records and movements.
• Verification of registers and meals data with packing sheets.
• Support internal control and audit processes.
• Identify and flag incorrect entries, double payments, unapproved expenses, or missing documentation, coordinating with the respective departments to resolve them.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BAF).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounts payable, or internal auditing roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book keeping.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good analytical \& problem solving and numerical skills, Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
