Accountant (Tally)

• Lastmin Advisors Private Limited is hiring an Accountant with strong, hands-on Tally expertise for our new office at Jyothi Ranjan Nest, Dollar Hills, Puppalguda, Hyderabad. You will independently maintain client books of accounts and support GST and TDS compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally (Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9\): sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries
• Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare GST workings and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GSTR-2B reconciliation
• Prepare TDS workings and support TDS return filing
• Support month-end closing, finalisation of accounts and MIS reports
• Coordinate with clients for data and documents

Requirements

• Hands-on working experience in Tally (Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9\) is mandatory
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience; CA firm or accounting firm experience preferred
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple client books

Salary

Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, based on experience
