About the Company

HIC Infrastructure is an established infrastructure and construction company involved in residential, commercial, industrial, interior, turnkey fit-out, and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
• Handle Tally / accounting software and maintain ledgers.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting and administrative work.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification.
• Freshers can apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and accounting principles is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
